Too Hot
Back with a bang in 2025 after a decade-long break, Too Hot are reigniting the South West and beyond with their explosive live shows and signature ska and reggae sound! Originally formed in the early ’90s, Too Hot have been a driving force in the UK ska and reggae scene since 1992, with a legacy that spans over three decades. Their discography includes three acclaimed full-length albums – Nice & Easy (2000), Wise Up (2002), and Time Flies (2006) – as well as two early EPs, Kicking Off (1993) and Big Time (1999). Too Hot have shared stages with ska and reggae royalty including The Selecter, The Beat, Bad Manners, The Skatalites, Desmond Dekker, and even Roddy Radiation of The Specials, who also features on their Wise Up album. They’ve also played alongside modern ska favourites like Welsh band Smoke Like a Fish, and have appeared on the BBC and numerous international ska compilations. With a proven reputation on the UK music festival circuit and a high-energy live performance that gets every crowd moving, Too Hot are once again heating up venues and festivals with their unmistakable blend of ska and reggae rhythms. Whether you’re a lifelong fan or new to the ska scene, don’t miss Too Hot – a band that defines the spirit of ska, both past and present.
